Absolutely, across the board because I will echo the sentiment that durability, unless the item is specifically brittle, is nearly meaningless with the use of Repair Kits (which are incredibly 'cheap' to maintain a stash of and aren't that heavy for the great benefit they provide). Maybe even make Star Metal brittle to further push the idea that the best of the best should only be used when it's absolutely required.
